Since all the printed items you are acquiring at my shop are printed to order, unfortunately, I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF ANY PRODUCT. Same rule applies to instant download printables, since you will a link as soon as you make the purchase.

However, I would like you to be satisfied with the quality of the items you are purchasing from me, therefore, if there is some kind of defect on the product you are receiving (defectuous printing, ripped or damaged paper) please contact me via email to: neomidavidstudio@gmail.com and attach pictures of the item. I will be happy to find a solution for the problem.
